5. Perishable & Gift Items

We are not responsible for deterioration of perishable goods after delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Substitutions

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Room Service Limited
Other Terms and Conditions:
All cancellation and refund requests are reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of Room Service Limited. If a customer requests a cancellation and refund for an order, any approved refund will be issued for the value of the order excluding any fees incurred. By requesting a refund, the customer agrees to forfeit all non-refundable fees associated with the transaction, including but not limited to payment processing fees, service charges, and third-party platform fees, as these costs are incurred at the time the order is processed.
If a customer is found to be, or is reasonably suspected to be, in breach of Room Service Limited’s terms and/or conditions, and their order is cancelled as a result, the customer will also forfeit any fees associated with the order, including payment processing and service fees.

GIFT CARDS ARE NOT DELIVERED INSTANTLY - ALL ORDERS ARE CHECKED AND MANUALLY PROCESSED DURING OUR BUSINESS HOURS.
This Gift Card Resale Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the sale and resale of third-party gift cards ("Gift Cards") on the roomservice.co.nz website ("Site"). By purchasing any Gift Card from this Site, you ("Customer" or "You") agree to this Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Products
Roomservice.co.nz acts as a reseller of gift cards including, but not limited to, Prezzy Cards, Paysafe Cards, and other prepaid or stored-value digital products.
We do not issue these cards ourselves, nor are we affiliated with the gift card brands unless explicitly stated.
Each Gift Card sold is sourced via authorised channels and is sold "as-is" without modification.
2. Pricing & Service Fees
All Gift Cards are sold at a price that may include:

A digital processing surcharge and/or platform fee (e.g., Afterpay, card delivery, or verification).
The final price will be shown at checkout. Prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable.
3. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, misuse, or policy violation is suspected.
4. Delivery
Digital Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email, download, or SMS to the details you provide at checkout.
Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours, during business hours, but delays may occur due to third-party verification, fraud checks, or system outages.
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct. We are not liable for cards delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
5. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital Gift Cards:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.
If a Gift Card is faulty, undelivered, or unusable due to technical issues, please contact us at contact4roomservice@gmail.com within 72 hours of purchase. We will work with the supplier or issuer to resolve the issue but do not guarantee reimbursement if the card has already been activated or redeemed.
6. Risk & Responsibility
Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for the use and security of the Gift Card.
We are not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or misused cards after delivery

Misuse by third parties, including reselling, unauthorised redemption, or fraud

Incorrect email or delivery details entered by the customer
7. Card Terms Apply
